Daniel Hindert, co-author of "Structured Settlements and Periodic Payment Judgments", and Craig Ulman of Hogan & Hartson, have written an article about settlement transfers (aka structured settlement factoring) that was published in the American Bar Associations "The Judges Journal" - Number 2 Volume 44 Spring 2005.
