Following summation statements from attorneys representing the Superintendent of the New York State Department of Financial Services (Superintendent), as Receiver for Executive Life of New York (ELNY), presiding Judge John M. Galasso ended the ELNY Liquidation Hearing today without hearing additional witnesses or accepting additional briefs.
Participating attorneys expect Judge Galasso to announce his decision tomorrow or Monday.
For S2KM's complete reporting of the ELNY Liquidation Hearing, see the structured settlement wiki.
Sharon e-mail Mr. Stone as I did. We too are affected by this and are expectyed to lose a LARGE amount of money. He said there is strength in numbers so the more people he has the better it is for us the victims! Good Luck this wait has been ridiculous...to me its a no brainer. GIVE US PAYEES OUR FULL AMOUNT!
